**About the Role**
As **Education Coordinator** , you will develop educational content for both internal and external audiences, including in-clinic seminars, webinars, and digital learning tools. You will be responsible for delivering F2F (face-to-face) and digital training to veterinarians, clinic staff, and pet store teams, ensuring they possess deep nutritional, product, and executional knowledge. Your efforts will drive veterinary recommendations, increase sales, and strengthen Hill’s scientific leadership. You will also cultivate relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) to advocate for Hill’s and support the company’s mission of transforming the lives of pets and their owners through evidence-based nutrition.
**Main responsibilities:**
+ Develop customer-facing educational materials aligned with the LATAM education strategy for the veterinary channel and wellness/therapeutic pet foods.
+ Coordinate messaging with stakeholders to ensure consistency across platforms and audiences.
+ Create and implement training strategies for internal teams (PCVs, TMs, BDMs), including onboarding and technical presentations.
+ Organize webinars, selecting relevant speakers and topics according to business needs.
+ Build training agendas for key clients and veterinarians to gain veterinary recommendations.
+ Align education content development with commercial and educational priorities.
+ Collaborate with internal experts to ensure technical accuracy in all materials.
+ Partner with KTLs to create educational resources for hillsvet.com and other platforms.
+ Utilize digital education resources to deliver customized training across channels.
+ Manage Vet Affairs programs and provide technical support to commercial teams and key accounts.
+ Offer expertise to key accounts regarding product selection and use, delivering advanced support as needed.
+ Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, PVA, and CDO, prioritizing activities based on business opportunities.
+ Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards.
**Mandatory Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary
+ At least 4 years of experience in clinical area/industry
+ Professional license
+ Intermediate/Advanced level of English (both spoken and written)

+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
+ Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and high integrity
+ Self-motivated, competitive, and highly organized
+ Project management abilities with keen attention to detail
