EDM PV / EV Product Specialist
to join our Marketing & Sales team in our Szentendre office.
What are the requirements for this position?
College / university degree – marketing or finance specializationAutomotive industry and segment knowledgeWorking experience in product marketing field is considered as an advantageExperience and knowledge of the passenger vehicles market is considered as an advantageWork experience gained at a multinational company considered as an advantageQuick learner to gain further knowledge on the specificities of the electric vehicle market and the fast-changing environmentGood analytical and numerical skillsGood problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and under time pressureAbility to set priorities, deadline-driven approachAdvanced Excel skills Fluent written and spoken English and HungarianValid driving license

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Lead local implementation and development of product/pricing strategies on both Blue and Model e passenger vehicles Build up and spread the new knowledge about the electric vehicles in the whole local team and importersTake the lead of the new vehicle product launches and inform/involve the team from other areasContinuous cooperation with the central Brand Managers to support global strategies in local implementation and to ensure proper representation of local organization Gather information on central product changes, pricing actions Provide all product related inputs to the central teams regarding passenger vehiclesMonitor competitive activities in the markets, report price positions continuously, develop proposals to maintain/improve competitivity of Ford’s offerEnsure system readiness on all levels in due time (Order Guides, entity setup, Vista setup etc) – full ownership required for the relevant carlinesAssess local market possibilities in continuous cooperation with EDM & Nordic sales teamsInform (and involve – if necessary) EDM Product Lead, EDM & Nordic management and sales/finance departments about suggested strategiesSupport and arrange all necessary approvals for product/pricing proposalsSuggest corrective actions on central strategies if local market needs require to do soGive all necessary information to zone managers/importers to support wholesale and dealer activities – about product specifications, pricing actions, market position
