**_EDM PV/EV Lead_**
_to join our_ **_Marketing & Sales_** _Team in our_ **_Szentendre_** _office_

**_What will be your roles and responsibilities?_**
+ _Implementation of EDM PV/EV Sales Strategy in the EDM/Distributor Markets_
+ _Implement FCEE's strategic projects/action plans in the EDM markets_
+ _Responsible for M1 CO2 compliance/strategy_
+ _Act as a primary contact person between Ford and the importers; represent the company's interest_ _and objectives_
+ _Responsible of respective EDM markets:_
+ _Annual, quarterly and monthly PV/EV objective planning/setting_
+ _Annual, quarterly M1 CO2 objectives/planning_
+ _Submit VM/FM distribution proposals, ensuring profit task_
+ _Industry, segmentation and production allocation planning_
+ _Review and follow PV/EV competitors’ activities_
+ _Deliver the retail and wholesale overall objectives in the respective zone of EDM_
+ _Support importer's operation and give ideas how to improve dealer's PV performance, quality_ _and efficiency_
+ _Follow One Team approach (Sales, Fleet, PV, Finance, Aftersales, Credit)_
+ _Control and monitor importers' PV/EV performance within the zone_
+ _Assure quality and timely reports by Importers/Distributors/Dealers_
+ _Responsible for liaison with fleet customers and Ford importers in the EDM markets_
+ _Progress fleet price quotation requests supporting the Fleet team with relevant and up to date_ _pricing information_
+ _Searching for new new business opportunities_
+ _Regularly visit importers to keep track of sales activities and plan future actions_
+ _Deliver pricing actions to follow MY changes or to improve on company’s financial fitness by_ _completing yearly GPI and yield management targets_
+ _Lead the PV/EV sales and product marketing team_
+ _Cooperate with VM/MPS Manager on marketing reimbursements/payments to distributors_
**_Are we looking for you? Yes, if…_**
+ _You have a university or college degree, preferably in economics or engineering_
+ _You have knowledge of the CEE/Baltics automotive market, with experience in Sales, Fleet,_ _product marketing, or FCSD considered an advantage_
+ _You bring general sales experience and/or a background in the automotive industry_
+ _You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills_
+ _You’re a confident communicator with solid negotiation skills_
+ _You have leadership experience or the ambition to take on a leadership role_
+ _You’re open to frequent international travel (on average twice a month)_
+ _You stay focused and effective even under pressure_
+ _You hold a valid Category B driving license_
+ _You speak fluent English_
+ _You’re confident using MS Office tools at an advanced level_
+ _You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills_
