About the Role:
As a Content & Publishing Analyst in Content Management/Publishing, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our content operations. Your responsibilities will span from aiding in content creation to maintaining system efficiency, ensuring our digital and print content consistently meets high standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage routine updates and maintenance of content databases.
• Conduct preliminary content audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Support in drafting and formatting digital publications.
• Help coordinate content projects across teams.
• Assist in implementing content strategies based on analytical insights.
• Convert and format content for various platforms.
• Carry out more detailed proofreading and content editing tasks.
• Assist with basic SEO practices to enhance content visibility.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure content accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with content management policies.

• Intermediate CMS Proficiency: More adept in using CMS tools for content management.
• Editorial Skills: Enhanced proofreading and content editing abilities.
• Project Coordination: Ability to efficiently support multiple content projects.
