Edible Production Specialist
**Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Associate to join our growing edible company. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of high-quality infused products while adhering to strict food safety, compliance, and quality control standards. This position involves hands-on production, packaging, and maintaining a clean and compliant workspace. **Key Responsibilities** **Production & Manufacturing** + Prepare and mix ingredients according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce edibles such as gummies, chocolates, and baked goods. + Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment including mixers, molds, and ovens. + Accurately measure and handle concentrates in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal recipes. + Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with standards. **Compliance & Safety** + Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry regulations to ensure product safety and compliance. + Maintain accurate batch records, ingredient logs, and production documentation for regulatory purposes. + Adhere to health and safety standards, including wearing PPE and following sanitation protocols. **Quality Control & Packaging** + Assist with quality checks during production and packaging to maintain consistent product quality. + Package finished products according to company guidelines, ensuring proper labeling and child-resistant packaging requirements are met. + Support inventory management by tracking materials, ingredients, and finished goods. **Collaboration & Continuous Improvement** + Work closely with the production lead and other team members to meet daily production goals. + Participate in training and cross-functional tasks to support other areas of the business as needed. + Suggest process improvements for efficiency, consistency, and safety. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; culinary, food manufacturing, or related experience preferred. + Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar industry is a plus.Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs accurately. + Strong attention to detail, especially with weights, measurements, and record-keeping. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment. + Must be 21+ years old and able to pass any state-mandated background checks. **Physical Requirements** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Prolonged standing, bending, and repetitive motions required. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
