CTG is seeking to fill an EDI Axway Consultant opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Duties: Provide support as an EDI Axway Support Administrator. Analyze and troubleshoot issues within Axway systems, ensuring thorough root cause analysis. Implement EDI configuration changes and partner setups following established change control processes. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and system monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and support business operations. Skills: Expertise with Axway EDI platforms and support administration. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to perform configuration, maintenance, and upgrades within Axway systems. Excellent production support capabilities. Experience: Hands-on experience supporting EDI and Axway systems in enterprise environments. Strong production support background preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
