The EDI Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, such as DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act), and onboarding new customersWhat you'll be doing:Support the development, testing, and implementation of new and existing EDI systemsEnsure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies.Troubleshoot EDI issues and create and maintain documentationCollaborate with IT and business partners on key initiativesAssist with additional support and implementation work to ensure timely resolution of requestsDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of EDI standards, such as EDI 850, 855, 856, 810, 832, 867, 845, 844, 849, 852, and other related EDI standardsWhat You'll Bring !Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 2-4 years prior work experience in EDI support role with minimum of one (1) year of previous customer service/customer facing experienceWorking knowledge of EDI transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, 832, 867, 845, 844, 849, and 852We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
