RN Supervisor Coding / OASIS - Full Time - Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association (Troy Office)

EDDY VISITING NURSE & REHAB ASSOCIATION has a rewarding opportunity for a Physical Therapist or a Registered Nurse who is already certified in OASIS and Coding and has a strong knowledge of homecare regulations and reimbursement to join our team as a supervisor of Coding and OASIS.

This position requires strong communication and oversite to a team of coders and OASIS members who generally work remotely. Position requires strong collaboration, organization and ability to adjust and explain changes happening in the home health care field.

Position is exempt 40 hours per week.

Primary responsibilities:

Complete OASIS Reviews, Coding for all payersMaintain high quality outcomes for the organization.

Requirements:

Valid NYS RN Licensure or NYS PT licensure.Certified in COS-C OASIS and Coding Certified.

Pay Range: $38.75 - $53.40

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
