As the Ed-Fi Administrative Specialist in the Data Practices and Analytics division, you will manage resources and content shared externally with the MN Department of Education's Ed-Fi partners. Duties will include: + Provide administrative support + Manage training content + Ensure Ed-Fi documentation and resources are easily accessible This position is eligible for telework to applicants who reside in Minnesota or a bordering state. Only applicants whose resumes clearly demonstrate fulfillment of each of these minimum qualifications will be considered for this position.** Enrollment in a post-secondary or graduate program in education or early childhood education, communications, public policy, business administration, public health or a related field; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) **Preferred Qualifications** Enrollment in a graduate or doctoral degree program in communications, education, business administration or a related field Effective communication and writing skills Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to provide attention to detail and ensure accuracy Experience with document accessibility **Physical Requirements** Student Worker Eligibility: To be eligible for appointment as a Student Worker Para Professional Senior you must be enrolled in a post-secondary or graduate educational program or plan to enroll within three months. Students may be "off" for the summer or for one semester/quarter and remain employed as a student worker, but such absence cannot exceed one semester/quarter in a year. If you are enrolled at a credit granting institution you must carry at least six semester/nine quarter credits. If enrolled at a non-credit granting institution or one that only offers one credit per class, you must be taking two or more classes per semester/quarter. Any lesser credit (class) load will be treated as a semester/quarter off. Graduate students must be enrolled in at least two courses or making progress on a dissertation. You will be asked to complete an Education Verification form prior to appointment. **Additional Requirements** A job offer will be contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
