Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of embedded software for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs). Manage the scope, goals, timeline, and resources of software development projects.Prepare software development plan and software configuration management plan.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, system engineers, and validation teams.Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations.Conduct risk management and problem-solving activities.Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders.Report project progress and make necessary adjustments.Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

More than 5years experience in embedded software development for ECUs Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ and real-time operating systems (RTOS).Knowledge in software configuration management tool (PTC, GitHub, etc.)Knowledge in coding standards such as MISRA-C and CERT-CUnderstanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies.Knowledge in automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, LIN, FlexRay etc.).Knowledge in automotive UDS (ISO 14229)Familiarity with requirement management toolExcellent communication and leadership skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Business level of Japanese and English

Preferred Experience
