eCompressor System Electronics & Control Engineer
eCompressor system electronics & control engineer shall lead the eCompressor system internal interface definition and robustness architecture design. In meanwhile, to workout control/protection strategy together with SW and HW according to customer requirement with considering operation modes, worst case conditions and boundary of each key components. To ensure that eCompressor perfom required features while good thermal dissipation and robust reliability. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES + Well understand variants architecture of eCompressor, responsible to identify the system architecture elements and create architecture design for eCompressor with combination along scroll compressor, eMotor and PCBA. + Work closely with stakeholders regarding scroll compressor, eMotor and PCBA, to define the robustness interfaces along scroll compressor, eMotor and PCBA. + Well known variants operation modes regarding scroll compressor, eMotor and PCBA, and be responsible to work out the control strategy of PCBA for eMotor and scroll compressor to ensure eCompressor system output the required performance while robust reliability. + With understanding of worst-case conditions of scroll compressor, eMotor and PCBA, to create the strategic protection algorithm for these components and for eCompressor system. + Support system development engineer/manager to communicate with customer about control requirements and logic for system applications. + Define internal system specifications which will guide the design of control related, and support hardware and software development needs. + Define the static machine and dynamic behavior of system + Define PCBA ICT/FCT specification. + Perform FMEA and problem solving of the controller. + Support eMotor parameters mapping test and to lead integration into the system. + Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guideline in the plant. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS + Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, or similar Engineering field of study is required,M.S. preferred. + Minimum 5 years of experience working in power electronics and eCompressor electronics control is required. + Good English in oral and writing in daily business. + Knowledge of ASPICE and ISO26262 a is desired. + Ability to translate customer specific requirements into technical specifications, and knowledge of Polarion tool + Experience of eCompressor system and architecture design. + Knowledge of Mechanical, Hardware and Software interface and integration. + Knowledge of eCompressor control strategy, especially in eMotor control. + Rich experience on the concept of thermal dissipation of eCompressor. + Knowledge of EMC requirements, testing and compliance + Knowledge of software and LIN/CAN communication + eMotor knowledge is desired. + Previous experience in direct contact with customers and suppliers is required.
