The UK Trading team fuels UK growth by optimising online product sales on Next.co.uk across Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear, Beauty and Home. They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility. 

About the role:

As an eCommerce Trading Assistant in the Beauty team, you will play a fundamental role in growing the online beauty business working closely with the Trading Manager and Beauty Business Manager and cross functional teams to deliver growth in sales and profit. Passionate about beauty and leading beauty brands, you will be responsible for the end-to-end trading activity onsite and making NEXT a leading online beauty destination! 

What else is involved?

Continually review sales performance, best sellers and online metrics to help make informed decisions to enhance the website and maximise sales With exceptional commercial understanding and analysing key online metrics, you’ll help to identify and suggest ways to create a more engaging online experience for our customers and improve conversion Utilise online trading tools to identify and optimise site navigation, search and customer journey  Continually review search results and pages with a view to optimise. Identifying opportunities to improve low conversion or high bounce rates Support with the delivery of all promotional activity  Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to align and deliver promotions, new products and brand launches Drive forward marketing opportunities and initiatives that will enhance a products online commercial appeal Work with the product teams to suggest and drive forward strong product imagery for homepages, emails and marketing that best reflect sales and trends

About you:
 

So if you’ve got experience working within an eCommerce Trading environment, an interest or experience working within an eCommerce Beauty role, are highly analytical and comfortable with large volumes of data, have strong communication skills with a driven & forward thinking attitude, and ready to challenge the status-quo - this is the role for you!
