Let’s build brilliant together. THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The role of Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for supporting, proofing, and enhancing our strategies online. This role is centered on executing email content, ensuring the accuracy of landing pages and maintaining site precision. They manage the creation of product listing pages, analyze digital and market trends and collaborate cross-functionally. The overarching goal is to create a seamless online shopping experience that prioritizes conversion, profitability, and overall site improvement. The Ecommerce Specialist works closely with the Merchandising and Marketing teams, always keeping the guest experience at the forefront of their efforts. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE BY: Marketing Coordination: Accountable for QA for all aspects of our owned Marketing efforts (email, push, SMS) from wireframe management, optimal site links and proofing for accuracy. This position guides the entire process to always ensure content accuracy. Site Merchandising Coordination: Accountable for QA for all aspects of our site placements on web and App from wireframe management, optimal site links and proofing for accuracy. Event Landing Pages: Responsible for updating wireframe details on all event pages, ensuring accurate linkage of featured products to priority items. Accountable for verifying proper creative and ensuring all links lead to the correct products promoted during the event. Reporting and Analysis: Pulling and analyzing data to provide insights for socializing site trends, sampling performance and identifying opportunities for page improvements to optimize the online shopping experience. Assist with other ecomm/merchandising projects as needed ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaboration: Support and maintain internal and external relationships; including Distribution Centers, Merchandising team, Member Marketing, Digital Operations & Experience, Creative team, Merchandise Planning & Inventory and various brand partners. Continuous Improvement: Complete on-going training and development courses supported by the HR Training Team, Digital Operations Team or the Merchandise Operations Training Team. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor’s Degree, 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills. High energy innovation leader Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail, and capable of multi-tasking Creative problem solver Strong Microsoft Office skills with solid proficiency in usage of Excel. Strong problem solving, retail math, and analytical skills. Prior experience with web analytics tool like Adobe a plus Professionalism and confidentiality required both internally & externally. Ability works effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written The pay range for this position is $54,900.00 - $67,500.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
