**Position: eCommerce Sales Manager**
**What You’ll Do:**
As the Head of eCommerce Sales, you will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for driving the strategic growth of our eCommerce sales channel. Your primary focus will be on managing our Amazon account and collaborating with online distributors to achieve a 100% increase in business over the next three years. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
**Strategic Leadership and eCommerce Management:**
+ **Sales Growth:** Develop and execute strategies to drive a significant increase in sales revenue and market share within the eCommerce channel.
+ **Market Penetration:** Evaluate and refine strategies aimed at increasing market share and expanding the customer base.
+ **Customer Acquisition:** Lead efforts to track and increase the number of new customers acquired through innovative sales initiatives.
+ **Customer Retention:** Implement strategies to measure and sustain the retention of existing customers, reducing churn.
+ **Customer Satisfaction:** Regularly assess customer satisfaction levels to ensure high-quality service and support.
**Operational Excellence:**
+ **Operational Efficiency:** Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to enhance speed and effectiveness.
+ **On-time Delivery:** Ensure the timely execution of sales projects and initiatives, meeting deadlines consistently.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:**
+ **Collaboration Effectiveness:** Foster a collaborative environment by working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
+ **Communication:** Maintain clarity and effectiveness in communication with internal teams and external partners.
**Who You Are:**
You are a visionary leader with a passion for eCommerce and a proven track record of driving substantial sales growth. You thrive in dynamic environments and are not intimidated by ambitious targets. You also have:
+ 5-7+ years of experience in eCommerce sales or a related leadership role.
+ Proven experience managing major accounts like Amazon and working with online distributors.
+ Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
+ Expertise in category management, campaign planning, and strategic decision-making.
+ Strong analytical thinking abilities and the ability to interpret data to support business growth.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
+ Resilient, ambitious, and self-initiating with a comprehensive and holistic approach to business.
