eCommerce Production Associate

TThis role analyzes performance of existing online initiatives and makes recommendations to improve/optimize traffic and sales. Defines, develops and oversees the implementation of merchandising strategies for the company’s online store/e-commerce site that drive sales. Ensures positive brand recognition and customer experience. Works with cross-functional partners to design promotional campaigns and other online initiatives. Responsible for obtaining metrics that analyze the effectiveness and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns to align with the growth objectives. To do so, this role monitors web analytic trends to identify usability challenges and new product opportunities. This role may have a focus on the tactical data driven aspects of digital marketing.

**YOU MUST HAVE:**
3-5 years experience in:
+ Update and QA Product Content: Leverage HTML/CSS skills to independently update, troubleshoot, and quality-assure product content across digital platforms without reliance on developers.
+ Jira Management: Create and manage Jira boards, dashboards, filters, and advanced JQL queries to support project tracking and cross-functional visibility.
+ Ensure Product Data Accuracy: Maintain high attention to detail when managing SKUs and product data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across product launches, catalogs, and PDPs.
+ Follow Process and SLAs: Adhere to established workflows and service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining project timelines and ensuring smooth execution.
+ Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product Development, Creative, Merchandising, and Data Management teams (e.g., PIM/ADI) to deliver high-quality product experiences.
+ Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
+ **Position located in Querétaro**
