ADI is seeking a technically skilled and execution-focused eCommerce Production Associate that has experience with digital content operations, product merchandising, and site optimization. This role is critical to ensuring seamless product visibility, content accuracy, and data integrity across Snap One’s eCommerce platforms and global partner sites.
The ideal candidate brings strong Excel proficiency, hands-on HTML/CSS skills, and a working knowledge of enterprise CMS and PIM systems. This individual will own the content build and deployment process, supporting both large-scale product launches and agile content updates. Success in this role requires a blend of technical execution, structured thinking, attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Duties
Build and update PDPs in HCL Commerce and DX, ensuring content accuracy and formatting consistency Manage bulk content uploads using Excel-based templates (e.g., Catalog Entry, Asset files) QA content assets including imagery, specifications, documentation, and feature callouts Configure product filters, categories, brand tags, and short titles to support optimized site merchandising Partner with marketing teams on campaign and promotion implementation (e.g., banners, landing pages) Deploy and test brand microsites and marketing content using CMS tools (e.g., Webflow) Use Jira and Workfront to manage request workflows, SLAs, and launch dependencies Collaborate with Creative Services, Content Strategy, and PIM teams to ensure alignment across platformsYou Must Have
2+ years of experience in digital production, eCommerce content management, or merchandising operations Advanced Excel skills (clean-up, transformations, macros preferred) Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS for formatting and light troubleshooting Experience with HCL Commerce, Magento, Shopify, or similar eCommerce CMS platforms Understanding of PIM/DAM workflows, data mapping, and attribute configuration Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesWe Value
