Ecommerce Product Data Assistant

Interact with the Digital, Merchandising, Buying, Planning, and Marketing functions to be responsible for the gathering, uploading and validation of new or updated product data and imagery, ensuring it is uploaded and published on our website in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Duties and responsibilities

Sourcing imagery and product data for products across the eCommerce website, conducting ongoing reviews to ensure optimisations are applied where relevant to enhance user experience Ensuring the website displays the correct product information, product images, and videos, maintaining consistency with guidelines Ensure back-end product data is up to date, correct and fully enhanced with additional product optimisations including product variations and categorisation Liaise with the buying team to ensure all new products are enhanced and loaded into the product management system prior to the arrival of inventory and set live as soon as inventory is available Coordinate and follow up with suppliers and external stakeholders to provide assets and product information when relevant Work with our internal marketing/content, design and studio team to ensure content is created for all products in a timely and accurate manner Interact and engage with internal stakeholders to maintain the product data workflow and resolve any obstacles that disrupt this process Manage deadlines and needs for all product pages brought to site to ensure timely execution Ensure all product descriptions, images, and attributes adhere to SEO best practices Conduct weekly back and front end site audits to ensure all products are available to purchase, accurate and up to date
