Responsibilities The Opportunity The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the Retail Media strategy for our salty business, ensuring data-driven and efficient investment across digital retail platforms, focused on both equity and performance campaignes. This role requires a strategic and analytical thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, capable of translating data, shopper insights, and performance metrics into impactful campaigns that drive growth and visibility to our brands. The candidate must also be able to evolve team’s capabilities, building the fundamentals to consolidate and scale the retail media scope, guaranteeing sustainability, consistency and visibility of the operation. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to think outside the box and identify new category opportunities to expand brand presence and performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership by managing and developing a team, fostering a high-performance team culture. Collaboration and negotiation skills are essential, as this role works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Your Impact As Ecommerce Marketing Manager your scope would consist of: Develop the Retail Media strategy for the BU across key Retailers platforms. Optimize media investments based on performance data and ROAS analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Media, Marketing, Content and Retail Media Partners to align on campaign goals and execution. Negotiate with Retail Media Partners annual investment plans (JBP) to secure new placements, access to data insights and optimal costs structures that maximize the value and effectiveness of our investments. Monitor and report on Full Funnel campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategy and execution. Contribute to the broader digital marketing strategy, ensuring integrations with other teams as Media and Data. Manage and optimize the Retail Media budget to ensure efficient allocation and maximize return on investment. Lead and mentor a team member, supporting their professional development and performance. Acts as a Retail Media expert and data-driven leader, while helping upskilling the digital capabilities across the organization. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Skilled executive with understanding of massive consumer goods industry end-to-end value chain and commercial processes. Ability to coach multiple cross-functional teams on scrum framework compliance. Professional Strategic Thinking – Ability to define and guide long-term Retail Media strategies aligned with business goals. Analytical Skills – Strong capability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decision. Digital Marketing Expertise – Deep understanding of digital channels, ecommerce platforms, and retail media ecosystem. Knowledge of self service ads platforms such as: Criteo, Topsort, Amazon Ads and programmatic media purchase a plus. Innovation & Creativity – Ability to think outside the box and identify new category opportunities for brand growth. Leadership & Team Development – Experience managing and mentoring team members to build high-performing teams. Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment – Skilled at working with internal stakeholders and external partners. Negotiation Skills – Proven ability to negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and secure value-added media investments. Budget Management – Experience managing and optimizing media budgets to maximize ROI. Results Orientation – Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and continuously improving performance. Personality Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations for sales growth. Innovation driven skills. Is comfortable working in ambiguity, is flexible and adapts to change. Educational Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, digital, business, or related field. English and Spanish fluent professional. Experience in working on an Agile/Scrum Methodology is a plus. Master on digital is a plus.
