As the eCommerce Manager, you will be a key growth driver, responsible for expanding our digital footprint and accelerating revenue through direct and indirect eChannels—including eCommerce, eProcurement, and digital marketplaces. You will lead the eCommerce team, providing strategy, development, and commercialization of high-impact digital experiences that meet customer needs and fuel business growth across global markets.
In this global role, you’ll own initiatives from concept to execution, including marketing activation, systems analysis, and enterprise-level project management. A critical priority will be the successful launch and growth of eCommerce in EMEA geographies, enabling localized digital selling at scale and unlocking new revenue streams.
You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing as a part of the Digital Marketing Team, working remotely. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across sales and marketing, customer service, finance, operations, business units, IT, and the Life Sciences Innovation Group platform team.

Lead high performing eCommerce team, comprised of PIM specialist and eCommerce Marketing Manager.Lead discovery and planning efforts to define regional go-to-market strategies, with a focus on driving growth through eCommerce and digital channels—including customer portals, eProcurement, and online marketplaces.Translate business objectives into scalable digital solutions by gathering and documenting business processes, technology needs, data flows and localization requirements, particularly for the launch and expansion of eCommerce in EMEA.Drive cross-functional project execution, developing detailed project plans that prioritize speed-to-value, revenue impact, and delivery within scope and budget.Act as the connective tissue across business units, regional teams, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment, clarity, and momentum on shared eCommerce growth goals.Maintain proactive stakeholder communication, managing expectations and surfacing risks and opportunities early to keep initiatives on track.The essential requirements of the job include:
Leadership Experience10+ years in Digital Marketing, or eCommerce or related field, including at least 2 years in team leadership, demonstrating the ability to guide cross-functional teams.Strategic Project Management
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional enterprise software projects, showing strong planning, execution, and delivery skills.Systems & Process Expertise
Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and related systems (web, PIM, ERP, CRM), essential for managing end-to-end digital commerce operations.Data & Architecture Proficiency
Strong information architecture skills, with experience handling transactional, product, and customer data to support scalable digital solutions.UX/UI & Web Development Acumen
Solid grasp of web development principles, including UX/UI and usability best practices, to ensure customer-centric digital experiences.Stakeholder Influence & Communication
