eCommerce Content Associate - ALTRA

Our mission to get everyone who is able out and running may be bold, but we won’t stop trying until it’s a reality. **Let’s Talk about the Role** The eCommerce Content Associate will be responsible for executing, analysing, and refining digital content strategies across **Altra's** EMEA websites. With a strong focus on **content creation** , this role ensures the site remains fresh, visually compelling, and aligned with business objectives. **How you will Make a Difference** + **Content Creation & Visual Design:** Oversee the development of digital content on **Altra’s** EMEA websites, ensuring global consistency while maintaining local relevance. + **Content Optimization:** Implement strategies to keep the website fresh and engaging, aligning content updates with business goals and seasonal trends. + **UX/UI Enhancements:** Coordinate UX/UI projects to improve the website’s functionality and customer experience. + **Platform & CMS Management:** Maintain and optimize content within **CMS & DAM** platforms. + **Testing & QA:** Coordinate testing and quality assurance processes for key commercial initiatives, including **new product releases and promotional sales.** + **Cross-Team Collaboration:** Act as a key stakeholder across **E-Commerce, Marketing, and Operations** , gathering business and brand requirements to curate digital content execution. + **Performance Tracking & Reporting:** Monitor content effectiveness and user behaviour, providing actionable insights to refine **UX/UI** and drive engagement. **What You Need to Succeed** + **Bachelor’s or Masters** degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + Strong **creative and visual storytelling skills** with an eye for engaging digital content. + Experience in **digital content, e-commerce, or digital marketing** . + Strong **organizational and** project **management skills** , capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. + Familiarity with **design tools** for creating, adapting, and refining digital assets e.g. **Figma, Photoshop.** + Passion for the **running industry** and an understanding of the broader **sports and outdoor market** . + Fluency in **English (written and spoken);** proficiency in **Italian, French, Spanish, or German** is a plus. **What's in it for you?** Most companies like to say they offer a competitive salary, an amazing bonus/benefit and pension scheme as well as staff discounts (btw we offer 50%!).
