Ecommerce Consumer Engagement Manager

Main Responsibilities

Develop & manage optimized navigation, product categorization & site creative in partnership with the brand and marketing teams.Conduct new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.Builds and execute on promotional eMerchandising calendarAnalyzes data to understand customer shopping behaviours/trends, and identify digital customer engagement opportunitiesCollaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve chat support metrics and ratings and reviews

Major Accountabilities

Conceptualize category/brand campaign themes, creative content and develop ideas on how to promote awareness, drive traffic and demand on our brands and products online.Lead and monitor on-platform solutions, digital shelf metrics and campaign performance and be able to identify insights, key learnings, solutions/recommendations on how to improve for future implementation.Optimize site shopability from the customer’s point of view by managing category presentation (slotting, sortability, etc.) and findability through facet and attribute optimization.Collaborates with Marketing and Key Accounts Manager to identify promotion, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities to increase engagement and conversion Liaison with brand and agency on content toolkits, adaptation and deployment to local platformsConduct competitive benchmarking to inform e-merchandising plans

Knowledge, Experience and Education: 

Education:  Bachelor's degreeYears of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed:  3-5 years Strategic, creative and analytical thinkerStrong commercial and financial understandingAbility to analyze data and problem solve
