Overall Description:
Ownership of marketplace operations, including step by step until delivery, after-sale claims and E2E tracking reports. Responsibilities: create internal purchase order, request credit unblock, logistics delivery, tracking till customer´s reception. Manage customers´ claims in the marketplace platform. Keep track of all in consolidated report. Conciliations. Attain sales targets defined for the route-to-market
Key roles and responsibilities in order of importance. Approximate percentage of time spent on work related to that responsibility:
- Work with local Online Sales Manager to identify products/options to be marketed through Mktpl, define prices and promotions (30%)
- Hands on in Mktpl integrators platforms to load products and download reports and data needed for the operation (30%)
- Coordinate Mktpl sale pricing and promotional pricing; PFV (price-for-value) analysis to ensure competitive offerings (25%)
- Plan and execute based on promotional calendars defined by Mktpls (5%)
- Close E2E operations with financial Conciliations (10%)
Education
Minimum Education (Bachelor, Master): BA degree or Student on marketing, e-business or related (Business administration, Communications, Advertising)
Minimum Experience: 2 years working on operations management or related areas. Experience as customer representative. Good written and fluent spoken English.
Self –motivated and able to work independently with little supervision. Know how to handle urgent-important matters. Advanced excel.
