Purpose of the job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce & Web Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of website (IQOS.com / VEEV-VAPE.com / ZYN.com), ensuring seamless execution of web and ecommerce initiatives, developments and support activities to drive continuous improvement in our digital customer experience. This role requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of eCommerce operations.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of website, ensuring the website runs smoothly, efficiently, optimal performance, reliability, and user experienceProject Coordination: Proactively create, plan, manage, test, deliver, and communicate on DCE1 (IQOS.com / VEEV-VAPE.com / ZYN.com) development (CONSGOV) and support (QBranch) tickets. Act as the primary point of contact for all operational issues related to website, providing timely and effective resolutionsSeasonal Offers / Portfolio Launches: Manage seasonal offers or portfolio launches implementation including promotion mechanic and related content to enhance user experience and drive salesCustomer Service Coordination: Collaborate with the Customer Service Center (CSC) to implement offers and ensure customer satisfactionDemandware Setup: Coordinate Demandware setup based on local acquisition and retention website activitiesContent Management: Oversee content updates across web pages or create new pages to keep the website up to date and engagingFeature Management: Manage and maintain features such as the store locator, Bazaarvoice integration, and IQOS App to enhance the overall customer experienceBug Fixing: Identify, prioritize, and resolve website bugs to maintain optimal functionalityStakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align objectives and deliverablesCompliance & Governance: Ensure all website operations comply with relevant regulations and internal governance policiesContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiencyTraining and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on CRM processes and best practices
