**About the role**
Are you ready to be at the forefront of transforming the approach to eCommerce? Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, is looking for a dynamic and innovative eCommerce Account Manager to join our Digital Transformation team in Dublin!
e-Commerce has been a significant growth channel, growing in value and a strategic priority to Diageo’s growth ambitions. This channel is about capturing the personal and professional shopper shift to digital channels and driving incremental growth for Diageo, by developing strategies that promote a frictionless shopper experience across channels.
In this role, you will spearhead this initiative by developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy across Route To Market customers (wholesalers, convenience, and specialists), New Business, and Pure-play customers. Your objective is to drive overall category growth while increasing Diageo’s market share.
You'll be combining a broad set of skills across digital strategy, data and analytics, commercial acumen, storytelling and influencing to unite internal and external stakeholders around a common vision, and work together to complete the vision.

**About you**
+ Experience: 5+ years in commercial or digital sales experience.
+ Capable of developing digital strategies that drive commercial outcomes, and mobilising cross-functional teams to work together on those strategies
+ An innovative change agent who can influence and inspire executive level leaders, sales teams, marketeers partners and customers in new ways of doing business
+ Able to exert customer or commercial leadership in a large multinational organisation
+ Passionate about this agenda, acting as a catalyst to those around you
+ Agile and adaptive which is key to success in this fast moving environment
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the eCommerce strategy for a portfolio of key customers, bringing together a range of cross-functional teams both internally and within the customer to continuously enhance the shopper experience online. Route to Market, Quick Commerce, and Pure-play segments.
+ Visionary Approach: Operate with foresight and innovation by assessing current solutions and envisioning future advancements.
+ Account Growth: Expand existing key accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
+ Collaborative Planning: Work closely with brand teams, trade marketing teams, account managers, and customers to create local plans addressing various segments. Collaborate with global and regional teams to identify test-and-learn opportunities, designing standard processes to stay ahead of disruptions.
+ Own the annual operating plan for your segment, defining and adapting the roadmap of actions and A&P investment to deliver against commercial objectives
+ Content and Digital Shelf – Partner with the Digital Content & Activation Manager to drive best in class product presentation and online activations for your customers
+ Digital Capability Building: Develop a plan to enhance digital capabilities within commercial teams.
