This rare opportunity to join a global market leader that is highly regarded for employee development opportunities. **What would be the responsibilities for this role?** + Drive Colgate online business strategic planning including premiums，promotions scheme, promotion product selection to meet commercial objectives + Responsible for resource allocation and help sales team to achieve sales target in both topline and bottom line through effective channel investment + Management of promotion and monitor competitor activities and reinforce promotional activity grid when needed to make recommendations that ensures healthy growth of customers + Conduct performance analysis and customer implications of the product, promotion and pricing to recommend action plans to the team + Define key portfolio, product assortment & pricing for each platform + Apply shopper and customer insights to develop eCommerce strategy on product, promotion and pricing to drive growth + Understand brand plans to sync with eCommerce brand activations and customers’ calendar + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and resolve business issues + Continuously improve investment efficiency & products P&L, with focus on trade spending & promotion and ensure expenses are in line with budget **What does the ideal candidate profile look like?** + Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree + Strategic, analytical thinking ability and a well-developed business understanding and commercial sense to identify opportunities and grow the business + Strong learning ability and creative thinking. + Good communication and negotiation skills + Able to work independently + Familiar with multi-platform engagement with at least 5 years in eCommerce & customer management experience **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
