eCom Logistics & Operation Manager

About the role:

The eCommerce Logistics & Operations Manager will drive efficient fulfilment solutions for different online business models, ensure offline executions for online campaigns, and provide frequent performance reports and shopper analysis for improvement and optimization. He/She will also establish store/fulfilment networks and upgrade their capabilities to serve growing online demands.

The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate of the HEINEKEN company brands, a commercial goal-getter, capable of handling multiple projects at once and capable of dealing with a rapidly changing digital landscape and route to market. He/She should be an effective communicator, highly organized, collaborative and possesses great time management.

Job Descriptions:

Logistics and Operation Solutions for online channels and campaigns Develop and improve SOPs for eCommerce logistics and operations to deliver operation excellence for online channels in compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with Campaign Managers to establish online-offline integration that brings superior consumer experience and fuel outlet growth. Drive the optimisation in fulfilment solutions to deliver customer service level agreement and optimal operational cost-to-serve. Develop fulfilment networks and upgrade the fulfilment capacity to meet the growing demands of eCommerce in different business models and different geography.  Manage offline operations for online campaigns of Food Delivery channel, in partnership with partners, brands and offline merchants. Assess & control the quality of operations from agency, platforms following HVN requirements. New Business Development Drive operation innovation by unlocking new business operating models that support outlet growth and expanding the portfolio with cost efficiency. Identify opportunities to create a successful digital B2B2C platform and enhance social commerce by leveraging the HEINEKEN distribution network. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to broaden HEINEKEN's online presence, aiming to meet national online demand. Analyse and provide recommendations on emerging market trends, business opportunities, and market segments, both locally and globally. Supply Planning Key contact point in Demand planning for eRetail to ensure inventory levels following commercial plans, especially during festive & mega campaigns. Maximise stock forecast accuracy while optimising inventory, both fast-moving products and innovations products. Drive a data-driven way of working Track and report key business performance & shopper metrics to facilitate key business decisions. Develop critical dashboards related to shopper’s data to bring more actionable insights from data collections in different platforms.

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills of Vietnamese and English languages.

Experience:

At least 8 years of experience in a similar role in e-Retail, Logistics. Experience with FMCG is a plus. Extensive experience with and deep understanding of Vietnam eCommerce platforms, underlying (back-end) systems and business models. Solid understanding of e-Retail, competitors, customers and trade dynamics, Route to market.

Other Job Requirements:

Ability to analyse data quantitatively and use data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of current operations flow. Strong negotiation, communication skills and client-facing abilities. Capable of route to market planning and online value chain design to provide efficient logistics and operations solutions for different business models. Ability to conceptualise and execute projects, with strong bias for action and deliver results. Strong desire to continually improve work processes, systems and deliver against agreed objectives.
