Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job):
_This position provides strategic oversight and directions in ECOM business in the CN region, and responsible for identifying seasonal buys for_ **_All_** _category based on the understanding of brand direction, category strategy, consumer preference and market trends, for all CN ECOM platforms_
Key Result Areas:
_The ECOM_ _Buyer_ _is_ **_responsible_** _for:_
+ _Identifying market-specific seasonal opportunities and priorities based on consumer and industry trends through QBT or Digital insights_
+ _Build category and Key product Type Buy plans, identify top seasonal initiatives and Big Bet styles_
+ _Create assortment plan for BLACKBOX & KIDS link with consumer profile and product strategy_
+ _Identify any business missing opportunities in Ecom (from market/ consumer/ competitor)_
+ _Grow Youth business through selection of global line and request in AP Creation/ SMU to support the aggressive youth growth plan_
+ _Plan big bet style & provide key push guidance to Cross-functional team during EC key moment_
+ _Participating actively in the Go-To-Market process_
+ _Achieve Sell-Thru Target of BLACKBOX & KIDS by actively involved in daily EC business, tracking in Weekly/ Monthly/ STD ST% performance to identify opportunities, give suggestions and take actions_
_The position of ECOM Buyer will partner with the_ **_Planning_** **_, EC operation, Product, Marketing Team_** _by:_
+ _Planning the product structures, big bet styles to deliver EC key event target_
+ _Daily and weekly working with sales to share store level analysis (product mix%, territory, category opportunity) and in-depth analysis of reason behind, reflect the learnings into next season buy plan_
+ _Tracking the performance, best sellers, and slow movers, to give guidance on promotions discount and inventory move across channels_
+ _Product Feedback on what’s working and what’s not working to influence future product offers_
_The_ **_Ecom Buyer_** _will also:_
+ _Conducting online competitive analysis to maintain expert knowledge of the industry and market_
+ _Communicating with other business functions in an efficient and effective way_
+ _Providing the point of view to support marketing activities_
