Responsibilities + Perform routine and emergency transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms. + Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain imaging records in accordance with hospital protocols. + Analyze and review test results for clarity and accuracy before submission to interpreting cardiologists. + Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures. + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive cardiac care. + Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and exam rooms. + Stay updated on advancements in cardiac imaging techniques and technology. Qualifications Education: + Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Echocardiography program License(s)/Certification(s): + Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer registration (RDCS) with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or from Cardiac Credentialing International
