**E-commerce Lead:** E-Commerce Lead responsible for development / implementation of the eCommerce sales strategy for Philips, development and optimization of sales via digital channels. **Your role:** + The E-commerce Lead is responsible for individual markets and manages the local Joint Business Plan (JBP) with all related trade investments in compliance with the regional plan for E-tailer. The focus will be to drive sell out, consumer pull and consumer activation including e-trade activities. He/she will also have a local alignment and coordination role to secure synergies with other channels in the market. + Drive sell-out, ensure profitability and growth of the E-tailer accounts by continuously optimizing the e- fundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing. + Maintains and develops a credible and productive long-term relation with local management of E-tailer customers, based on the deep understanding of their strategies and priorities, local market insights, external and industry trends, consumer and shopper insights, competitive landscape. + By understanding customer’s business needs, consumer and shopper behavior and requirements is providing local relevant value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with account at local level. + Leads E-commerce team to realize sales targets of E-tailer customers. + Accountable for all Trade Shopper Marketing activities at E-tailers for all PH categories. + Joint responsibility for Market Share development, topline and profitability for all PH propositions + Creates successful sell out activities, through the development and implementation of joint local activation plan with customer, in line with the Philips strategy for the account. + Executes the local trade marketing actions to drive more consumer pull and brand preference at local level + Closely cooperate with PH Marketing team in translating the marketing strategy into local activation plan for E-tailers. + Manages performance of trade and P-spend, with E-tailers within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for online activation. + Maintains a constant sell out based performance management cadence at local level; Analyzes and monitors the PH categories sell out, in-house share, conversion and shopper data for E-tailers. **You're the right fit if:** 1. Bachelor’s degree in business field, master’s degree is preferred 2. 8-10 years’ experience in the sales field from FMCG or consumer electronics industry including at least 5 years in E-commerce area 3. Digital Savvy, Analytical skills, Problem solving attitude; You are a creative solutions finder with the ability to deliver new thinking and techniques. 4. Collaborates & Builds Networks. A team player that can both execute and take a helicopter view on the business.
