Overview EKA&TMALL FLGS are identified as the share builder of PepsiCo GCR online business. Company need the data driven strategies, digital analytics and operation capability to fully support gaining share while optimizing A&M efficiency. This role needs to 1) Quickly understand To B/C different online business model and design tailor-made strategies/solutions to drive share growth;2)Find out the cost reduction opportunities through media ROI drivers identification, assortment and price impact study; 3)Have business acumen to find synthetic solutions (E.g. consumer operation, CRM) fit for 2 types of platforms and bring in synergies; 4)Lead EC consumer operation capability from strategy built to business embedding; 5)Explore omni channel methodology and digitalization possibilities. 6) develop content insights capabilities. Responsibilities Enable PepsiCo Ecommerce winning strategy by synthesizing relevant market/ consumer input to identify pockets of growth Explore synthetic solutions/capabilities that fit for 2B/2C EC platforms Lead EC consumer operation capability from strategy designing to business embedding: Set up PEP ALPL methodology, pilot in performance marketing/CRM/store operation, drive commercial digitalization. Lead online portfolio insight capability building: Set up online consumer centric portfolio management methodology, pilot in JD/TMALL FLGS/vertical, drive commercial digitalization. Identify and manage right external partners to deliver high quality analysis and strategies Lead content insight across commercial contents & brand creatives to improve content quality Develop DX integrated methodology & capabilities across all channels from a holistic perspective Qualifications At least bachelor degree in relevant majors like statistics, consumper science, mathematics, etc. Master is preferred. At least 6 years experiences in advanced analytics, business consulting or consumer operation related works in top corporate or agencies. Top internet company experiences are preferred. Business acumen, quickly understand the business models of different platforms, clearly identify commons and differences Advanced analytics skills, including statistics, data modeling, math algorithym and can make it through computer coding, etc. Advanced business analytics skills, like consumer segmentation, market mix modeling, multiple touch points attribution, life time value and consumer operating model like AIPL/FAST/GROW/RFM. Familiarity of assortment analysis or consumer operation analysis is the plus Strong learning capability to get new skills Strong communication skills to lead and support cross-functioon cooperation
