EBS Lead (Continuous Improvement)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive targeted, sustainable improvements using EBS tools, consulting skills, and the change management process.Be the thought leader and expert in EBS concepts, principles, and practices to help achieve the company's Strategic Plan objectives.Be an active member of the site leadership team and a change agent for the EBS culture, coaching leaders to facilitate and lead kaizen events.Develop and champion the EBS Roadmap to drive sustainable improvements in results.Facilitate successful kaizen events and ensure compliance.Diagnose workflow impediments and other wastes, providing expert advice on appropriate EBS tools to eliminate them.Achieve certification in EBS tools to deliver EBS programs.Promote and facilitate employee development in various EBS tools and kaizen leadership.Collaborate with other EBSLs to incorporate best practices across the organization.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Alternative degrees with relevant experience will be considered.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent. Management experience preferred.Preferred Qualifications: Technical Master's degree or MBA, experience with Lean tools, EBS certifications, coaching and mentoring skills, project management and leadership skills.

Travel:

Approximately 10% or more travel, with potential for occasional international travel.
