Join a Leader in Manufacturing as a Safety Coordinator 

Location: Reading, PA
Pay Range: $26–$35/hr (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Champion and implement safety programs to reduce workplace incidents and promote a culture of safety. Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and work practices. Lead and support monthly safety meetings and training sessions. Investigate workplace injuries and collaborate on corrective actions. Prepare and distribute safety communications, including meeting notes and monthly topics.
What You Bring to the Table: 2+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong administrative skills and familiarity with employment law (a plus!). OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. Fluent in Spanish—essential for effective communication across teams. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and afternoons.
