As the Fryer Operator, you will start, operate, and stop all line machinery that blanches, dries, fries, and freezes potato products.  You will keeps legible and accurate production reports.  You will conduct product tests to ensure quality and input selected data into Infinity database.

Key Responsibilities:

Adjusts blancher temperature and water depth as needed.

Cleans all equipment on assigned fryer and conducts daily and scheduled downtime sanitation.

Qualifications:

Computer and mathematical skills.  Constant: Stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
