What You’ll Do as a Fryer Operator

Start, operate, and stop machinery that blanches, dries, fries, and freezes potato products.Keep accurate and legible production reports.Conduct product quality tests and enter data into our Infinity database.Adjust blancher, dryer, and fryer temperatures and water/oil depths to ensure top-quality products.Clean and sanitize equipment regularly and during scheduled downtime.Communicate with production supervisors about any conditions affecting finished products.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED.At least 3 months of related experience or a willingness to learn.Basic computer and math skills.Ability to obtain Forklift Certification (we provide training if needed).A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Physical Demands

Constant: Standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms.Frequent: Using hands to handle or feel, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and communicating.Regular: Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.Occasional: Sitting, climbing, balancing, tasting, and smelling.
