And we want you\. **Earned Value Integration** Bring your skills and experience as the Subcontract EV Integration Analyst responsible in leading and providing major subcontractor Earned Value Management \(EVM\) and Financial Reporting to the Government customer, Bell program management, IPT Team Leaders and other team members\. **What you'll be doing as an EV Integration Analyst** * Ensure data integrity on monthly financial data from Major Subcontractors\. * Prepare validation reports for Program Management \(include explaining changes to Price and EACs\)\. * Validate all major subcontractor cost performance data for Government customer * Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule EVM data\. * Monitor, analyze, and report the earned value of major subcontractor program accomplishments\. * Work with Subcontract Management to ensure major subcontractors meet EV SDRL requirements\. * Team lead for major subcontractor Integrated Baseline Reviews \(IBR\)\. * Train and prepare Technical, Cost and Schedule Leads for IBR\. * Work closely with other functional organizations, as required\. * Operate within the guidelines of all corporate and government regulations\. **Qualifications** **Skills You Bring To this Role:** * Ability to analyze and solve unstructured problems and demonstrate initiative in making process improvements\. * Excellent cost analysis and schedule analysis skills\. * Strong computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office\. * Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills\. * Must be a self\-starter and able to work well in fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment\. * Experience with Government Integrated Baseline Reviews or Schedule Risk Assessments preferred\. * Experience with Government EV Reports \(IPMDAR\) is preferred\. * Experience with Earned Value Metrics is preferred\. **What you need to be successful:** * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other similar discipline is required\. * 2 years of combined experience in Earned Value Management, Finance, and/or Program Management\. **What we offer you in return:** You'll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule 80 hours of Personal Time Off \(PTO\) 120 hours Vacation time 12\-13 paid holidays per year 6 weeks parental leave Tuition reimbursement Competitive salary Comprehensive health insurance On\-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselor Access to more than 11 Employee Resource Groups And so much more It's time to make your mark on the future of aviation\.
