Location: Thorpe Hamlet and Mile Cross -Norwich.
Salary: £12.21 per hour.
Casual (Shifts worked between 7.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday) - pick and choose when you work, around your study, family, retirement or home life!

Thorpe Hamlet
Spring Thorpe Hamlet is a full day care setting in the heart of Norwich offering 53 childcare spaces per day.
The setting provides a warm and home form home environment where children will be encouraged to become independent learners. Staff take time to get to know parents and children to ensure their individual care and learning needs are met.
The large garden area allows children to benefit from free flow play enabling them to learn from the natural environment and partake in physical exercise daily. The curiosity approach and loose parts play is fully encouraged to enable children to become critical thinkers. Forest school sessions are also on the agenda with our forest school leader.
We benefit from being close to the city centre with trips out to the local parks, woods and library. We pride ourselves on being a calm and relaxed full day care setting that gives children in the Early Years a breadth of learning and development opportunities prior to going onto their next step of education.
We also benefit from having a Forest School qualified member of staff in our team.
Milecross
The setting provides an environment where children will be encouraged to explore and play to support them to become independent learners. Our friendly staff take time to get to build bonds with parents and children this ensures we can meet their individual care and learning needs. We have a free flow indoors/outside environment which enables children to benefit from learning in a variety of ways, we also implement the Boogie mites program, which supports literacy and numeracy skills. We have spaces for paying parents/2 year funded children/3 year funded children/30 hours funded children, there is a kitchen on site where our chef cooks nutritional meals, we are able to cater for a variety of dietary needs

What we need from you
In the role of Early Years Practitioner (Unqualified), we're ideally looking for someone who has:
A passion to learn and develop whether you are new to the sector or an experienced practitioner.
Experience working with children in an early years or childcare environment.
An understanding of children's development needs (0 to 5 years).
A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
