Job description Early Years Practitioner - Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes
Qualification Required: CACHE/NVQ Level 2 in Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent)
Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: September 2025
Love a good story time? Always up for a messy painting session or a bug hunt in the garden? If you're happiest when you're helping little ones grow, learn, and discover the world around them - this could be just the job for you.
Aspire People is looking for a vibrant, hands-on Early Years Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery setting in Milton Keynes. Whether you're newly qualified and ready to dive into your first role, or looking for a fresh challenge in a new environment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a full-time, term-time role supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage. You'll be getting stuck into daily routines, helping to create exciting learning opportunities, and playing a key part in the social and emotional development of the children in your care. Observations, assessments and safeguarding responsibilities will also form a key part of your day - so while the role is fun and creative, it also calls for organisation and attention to detail.
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
* Qualified to at least CACHE/NVQ Level 2 in Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent)
* Energetic, caring, and full of ideas for fun, child-led learning
* A great team player, with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
* Able to build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Calm and confident when supporting different behaviours and learning needs
What You'll Get:
* A chance to work in a school-based nursery with a brilliant team and strong sense of community
* Ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills
* The opportunity to really make a difference during the most important years of a child's education
* A role that's full of variety, creativity, and plenty of joyful moments
