As an Early Careers Program Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and retaining top early career talent at Sanofi. You will be responsible for implementing and managing our early career programs within the Canada market ensuring alignment with global talent strategies while tailoring initiatives to resonate with local talent pools.

Main Responsibilities:
Execute the implementation of global early career programs within Canada, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's global talent management strategies and business objectives.
Oversee the successful delivery of all aspects of early career programs, including onboarding, training, development initiatives, performance management, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with Global Business Unit/Corporate Function Leaders and HR stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs, provide program updates, and ensure alignment between program objectives and business requirements.
Lead the development of market-specific customizations of early career talent management materials as directed by the COE, ensuring relevance to local talent pools and alignment with global standards and regulations.
Act as a brand ambassador for Sanofi, coordinating and executing successful events / programs, positioning Sanofi as an employer of choice within the Early Career Community.
Act as a point of escalation for program-related challenges, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and the overall participant experience.
Advise and counsel hiring managers and stakeholders regarding early career program policies, processes, and best practices, ensuring consistent application and compliance.

Experience:
Proven track record of success in implementing early careers programs
Experience working with stakeholders in building relationships to enhance early career programs
Soft and technical skills:
Strong program management, execution, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of early career talent development best practices and trends specific to Canada
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong event coordination skills including partnering with multiple parties and managing tasks to deliver a seamless presentation.
Ability to synthesize data, metrics and analysis across multiple systems, internal and external data sources.
Complete proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel a plus)
Experience with creating PowerPoint presentations to tell a compelling story using data.
Providing project support and coordination on Internal Mobility & Early Career initiatives
Recommending new approaches and improvements to current processes and procedures, to support an environment of continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College requiredMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including but not limited to event planning, talent acquisition coordinator, social media coordinator, human resources, DE&I, communications, recruiting, etc.Demonstrated project management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to comprehend technical HR related systems architecture.Digital savvy and proven ability to pick up new programs/systems/applications quickly.Complete proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel a plus)Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual French/English a plus but not required
Knowledge of recruiting/hiring practices a plus
Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
High tolerance for multi-tasking and juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is:
$75,200.00 - $108,600.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
