**Location** : Barcelona, Spain As a Junior Responsible AI Analyst at dsm-firmenich, you will support the establishment and run of the RAI office that will enable us to track, support and (if needed) mitigate the delivery of AI solutions for the company. This role is an entry point into the Data and AI organization, offering hands-on experience in working with business and technical teams to drive our Responsible AI agenda across platforms and tools. You’ll contribute to building our AI culture while developing core competencies in Data and AI and process knowledge, agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration **Your key responsibilities** • Responsible AI Framework Familiarity Develop a strong understanding of dsm-firmenich’s Responsible AI (RAI) principles, tools, and governance processes to support the ethical deployment of AI solutions. • RAI Risk & Impact Assessment Support Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking potential ethical, legal, and societal risks in AI use cases.
