This role requires deep expertise in leadership, strategic program management, and operational excellence, combined with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. The successful candidate will oversee multiple complex engineering projects across various regions, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure operational excellence. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in engineering project/program management and people management, coupled with a strong track record of delivering complex technical projects at scale. They will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized project management methodologies, driving cross-functional collaboration, and aligning project goals with business objectives. This role involves a travel requirement of 50-60% for site visits, team meetings, and stakeholder engagement. Key job responsibilities Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of ELM Project Managers. Oversee multiple complex engineering projects across various regions. Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies and best practices. Drive strategic planning and resource allocation across the portfolio. Establish processes for risk management, quality control, and continuous improvement. Partner with senior leadership to align project goals with business objectives. Drive data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
