As an Early in Profession Recruiter at Microsoft, your primary purpose is to serve as a trusted talent advisor and candidate advocate - especially during the critical final stages of the hiring journey. You are the bridge between Microsoft’s hiring teams and top-tier talent, ensuring that every candidate interaction reflects the company’s values, mission, and commitment to excellence.
Your focus is on closing candidates - which means not just extending offers, but influencing decisions, navigating negotiations, and ensuring candidates feel confident, informed, and excited about joining Microsoft.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and compensation teams to craft competitive offers, address candidate concerns, and remove friction from the decision-making process. Your ability to build trust, communicate Microsoft’s unique value proposition, and tailor your approach to each candidate’s motivations is key to your success.
