Responsibilities:

Early Career Trainee - Junior Project Specialist is charged with the following employment duties:

Order Entry paying special attention to  inventory, with compliance to GEHC policies. Updating current status of each project if needed.Ensure that Finance department and OTR and Logistics Manager check the contractMonitoring systems shipping paying special attention to customer credit documentationTimely communicate potential risks in project execution to Project ManagerEnsuring timely parts deliveryUpdate customer on project execution statusWork in close cooperation with logistics and export teams to plan shipping based on current capacityPassing trainings that are relevant to OTR functionFollow GEHC rules and policiesAchieve goals and objectives set up by Manager

Requirements:

Higher educationUpper-Intermediate English and Fluent Russian.0-2 years of experience in Customer Service\\Logistics\\Supply Chain or any other related fieldStrong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Excel, ERP system experience is an advantage.Good organization and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels with cross functional teams based in Russia and Europe.Strong interpersonal skills / self-motivated and result oriented team player.Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
