This internship with GE Vernova team will offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience through challenging projects, learn from some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the business and network with a variety of professionals. **Job Description** **What You will do:** + Assist in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses. + Support implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and related internal audits. + Participate in EHS inspections and compliance reviews to ensure alignment with local regulations and company policies. + Contribute to EHS campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee training initiatives. + Help develop and update EHS procedures, safety data sheets, and emergency response plans. + Support incident investigations and root cause analyses for corrective and preventive actions. + Assist in tracking EHS performance metrics, data reporting, and continual improvement plans. + Participate in environmental sustainability initiatives such as waste management, energy efficiency, and water conservation projects. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. **What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)** + Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field. + Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in EHS or related roles. + Strong interest in workplace safety, health regulations, and environmental sustainability. + Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. + Good oral and written skills in English and Arabic. + Must have The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction. **What will make you stand out** **:** + Holding the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is highly desirable. + Basic understanding of EHS regulations and ISO standards is a plus. + Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No GE Vernova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
