Job Description

What You will do:

Assist in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses.Support implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and related internal audits.Participate in EHS inspections and compliance reviews to ensure alignment with local regulations and company policies.Contribute to EHS campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee training initiatives.Help develop and update EHS procedures, safety data sheets, and emergency response plans.Support incident investigations and root cause analyses for corrective and preventive actions.Assist in tracking EHS performance metrics, data reporting, and continual improvement plans.Participate in environmental sustainability initiatives such as waste management, energy efficiency, and water conservation projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field.Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in EHS or related roles.Strong interest in workplace safety, health regulations, and environmental sustainability.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Good oral and written skills in English and Arabic.Must have The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

What will make you stand out:

Holding the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is highly desirable.Basic understanding of EHS regulations and ISO standards is a plus.Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
