**Your role at Dynatrace**
As a Campus Recruiter, you will be a key contributor on our Talent Acquisition Team focused on sourcing and **recruiting students and recent college graduates** . This is a great opportunity to help evolve our campus recruiting strategy and partnerships programs, finding innovative ways to **engage best-in-class IT talents across Austria** . You will help lead the annual campus recruitment **cycle building relationships with Colleges (HTL), Universities, and Diversity Partners** , and designing an outstanding student experience that supports Dynatrace’s business objectives.
**Your day-by-day**
+ Help **build and scale our campus programs in Austria**
+ **Lead full lifecycle recruitment process** with candidates for our R&D Internship (https://careers.dynatrace.com/grow-with-us/early-careers/#\_\_Internships) and Graduate Programs (https://careers.dynatrace.com/grow-with-us/early-careers/#\_\_Talent-Development-Academy)
+ Work with hiring managers on **headcount planning** and **recruiting process** review
+ **Track goals, metrics and performance** for the hiring cycle, regularly communicating status and results to key business partners and stakeholders
+ **Develop targeted campus strategies** and deliver diverse, highly qualified student talent pipelines
+ Represent and coordinate Dynatrace’s presence at **career fairs and University events across Austria**
+ Design and organize **branding activities** addressed to selected target of students **(info sessions, office visits, tech talks)**
**What will help you succeed**
+ **Basic** **experience in HR** -related topics (especially recruiting) is a plus
+ Knowledge of **Austria’s education** landscape
+ Professional proficiency in both **German and English**
+ **Detailed-oriented** and highly organized attitude
+ Strong passion for **branding and communication** - this is not the "classic" recruiter job
+ Previous exposure to **Project Management tools** is beneficial (Asana, Miro, Jira)
+ Interest in **Tech trends** and scenarios
+ **Self-starter, open and flexible** with the ability to manage through constant change

**Compensation**
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is **€43.078 gross per year** based on full-time employment. We will offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
