Copeland, a standalone company with 100+ years in the HVACR industry, is looking for someone to join our global Talent Acquisition team to lead our recruiting efforts for our Early Career Programs. This position requires a highly self-directed individual with the ability to independently own and drive a high-volume recruitment strategy from end to end. This work will include creating proactive sourcing strategies, understanding key markets & developing university partnerships to deploy recruiting approaches that build your network & the Copeland brand through engaging with top early career talent. You will partner with members of the Talent & Organizational Effectiveness team, hiring managers & global TA team members to understand the organization’s talent needs and fill those roles. This position will be part of a global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team and will report into the Global Director of Talent Acquisition. This role will be hybrid and based out of one of our US sites; preferably St. Louis, MO or Sidney, OH.
**As an Early Career Programs Recruiter, You Will:**
+ Perform full-cycle recruiting efforts to market and advertise our job opportunities effectively. This includes sourcing, identifying, screening, interviewing and hiring top talent to fill all early career program roles for our US and Canada locations. You will partner and consult with other TA team members outside of the US to execute similar recruiting work.
+ Actively partner with hiring managers, leaders and HR team members to understand early career recruitment needs so we can proactively fill current and upcoming early career roles
+ Establish & implement a key university strategy focused on building our early career pipeline focused mostly on engineering, operations & supply chain talent
+ Partner with key university representatives & professional organizations to increase Copeland brand awareness, engage with students and bolster our talent pipelines
+ Manage all aspects of the campus recruitment outreach efforts, including marketing efforts, event coordination, communication strategy, logistics, budget-management and follow-up related activities
+ Plan, execute and participate in campus recruiting activities outside of career fairs, including networking events, campus presentations, coffee talks, “day in the life” series and social media campaigns
+ Measure effectiveness, generate reports and create data driven insights to show progress, opportunity areas and successes
+ Conduct market research and evaluate trends to ensure our programs are competitive. Bring innovative ideas forward on how we can continuously improve the candidate, stakeholder & participant experience as well as increase operational efficiency
+ Be an expert in the utilization of early career specific recruiting tools such as RippleMatch and Handshake. Be proficient in the usage of our HRIS (Workday) LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing or recruiting tools
**Required Education, Experience & Skills:**
+ Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in early career recruiting
+ Experience developing and leading university partnerships, including driving increased engagement
+ Proven collaborative team player who operates with a sense of urgency, and can prioritize effectively, multi-task, and identify and develop process improvements and deliver results
+ Experience performing pipeline or high-volume recruiting
+ Must be detail-oriented with project and time management skills with a proven track record of meeting set deadlines to provide employee/management customer service
+ Legal Authorization to work in the United States, unrestricted for an unlimited period of time - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
**Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:**
+ Experience driving brand representation and marketing efforts to early career talent
+ Experience using Workday, RippleMatch, Handshake, MS Office, and social media
+ Experience working in start-up organization, or standing-up, designing & rolling out programs in the early career space
**Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements** :
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
