As part of this program, early career college graduates (bachelor’s or masters) will commit to working full time at our Divisional Headquarters in Portland, OR. Key Responsibilities:

Communication:  Communicate and build working relationships with customers and internal staff to identify design criteria for best in class products which meet and exceed customer expectation 

Innovation: Generate innovative ideas develop those into product solutions that meet customer and manufacturing requirements

Problem Solving: Use sound engineering principles and practices in defining, solving, and documenting problem solutions 

Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
 

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or soon to be graduates in 2025

Mechanical Engineering degree required

CAD experience required

Highly proficient in verbal and written English

Leadership experience, gained through participation in sports, clubs or projects that demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire others.

Have an appetite for learning and are open to feedback

Have strong attention to detail, are organized and a team player

Experience with fabrication, welding and/ or casting are a plus

Must be permanently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
