The Early Career Coordinator will execute the company’s campus recruitment and intern program strategy. Serving as the primary liaison between universities, candidates, internal stakeholders, and hiring managers, this role ensures seamless end-to-end coordination of early career talent initiatives. The coordinator fosters talent pipelines, promotes organizational brand on campus, and delivers an exceptional intern experience from recruitment through program completion.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campus Recruitment & Brand Engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with universities and student organizations to build a diverse talent network.Travel, attend and represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus events nationwide.Partner with early career teams to design and implement employer branding strategies—including digital content, campus presentations, and networking events.Intern Program Management
Partner with the talent team to coordinate application review, interviewing, and offer processes, ensuring efficiency and positive candidate experience.Oversee intern onboarding, including logistics (laptops, systems access), orientation, and compliance documentation.Plan and execute intern engagement activities and programming to foster development and retention.Manage intern lifecycle: onboarding, performance tracking, feedback collection, and offboarding.Program Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze metrics (applications, hires, conversion, program satisfaction), reporting insights to stakeholders.Conduct program evaluations via surveys and interviews to identify improvements.Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes, content, or program structure based on data and stakeholder feedback.Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition/HR, IT, and other teams to support talent acquisition and program delivery.Communicate program status, issues, and successes to leadership and cross-functional teams.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
