1. You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.

2. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

3.Oversees the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.

4.Conducts annual Performance Development Discussions with Heads of Department and supports them in their professional development goals. Ensures that they in turn conduct annual Performance Development Discussions with their associates.

5. Manages costs proactively based on key performance indicators, working through the respective Heads of Department as appropriate.

1. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

2. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of FB, or Assistant Director of FB in large property.

3. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
