We are partnering with a high-growth, multi-venture organisation to hire a world-class Executive Assistant to support a high-performing and fast-paced CEO. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
The CEO brings deep experience from global investment banking and now leads a group of ventures across infrastructure, technology, sustainability, and social impact. This is a role where excellence is the baseline — we’re looking for someone who can be a true force multiplier, not just a gatekeeper.
What You’ll Be Doing
Full ownership of calendar and inbox management — prioritising, adapting, and keeping things moving.Enabling high-impact meetings with investors, government officials, advisors, and global partners — from boardrooms to briefings at 10 Downing Street.Being the CEO’s right hand — ensuring time is spent where it adds the most value.Supporting wider business ventures including a foundation and overseas hospitality project (no household or personal admin).Acting as a strategic conduit between the CEO and the wider organisation — ensuring smooth day-to-day flow and long-term impact.What You’ll Need
Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-pressure environments — ideally in consultancy, financial services, government, or high-growth businesses.Strong emotional intelligence and resilience — the CEO communicates in a direct, often blunt style and values someone who can absorb feedback, not take things personally, and keep things on track.Confidence and presence — able to represent the CEO with senior external stakeholders managing hundreds of millions in capital.High standards, humility, and warmth — the ideal candidate is easy to interact with, collaborative, and able to build trust across the organisation.Exceptional organisational skills and adaptability — you’ll need to pivot frequently and thrive on the unexpected.The Ideal You
You’ve supported demanding executives and know how to bring clarity to chaos.You’re used to an ever-evolving scale-up environment and can pre-empt what’s needed before it’s asked.You thrive in-person and value spontaneous collaboration – this is a fully office-based role with regular, informal daily contact.You’re well-educated, articulate, and comfortable in high-stakes environments.You bring both gravitas and approachability – no ego, no drama, just high performance.Logistics
Working hours: 9am–5pm, with light evening support once per week. Minimal weekend work (only for board meetings or major deliverables).Location: Fully office-based in St James’s, London. Remote flexibility only when CEO is travelling.Travel: CEO travels ~5–10 days/month across the UK, Europe, and Asia.Benefits
